The Advice is:-
1. Stay at home as much as possible
2. Work from home if you can
3. Limit contact with other people
4. Keep your distance if you go out (2m apart where possible)
5. Wash your hands regularly
6. If you or anyone in your household has symptoms you all need to self isolate

Boris Johnson said the main parameter currently is the R value – the number of people one infects ie the lower number the better.
The main parameter at the moment is the R value, which is just under 1.
Progress will be driven by science, data and public heath statistics.
We are at the moment at Level 4 and the UK needs to remain in this state, before the level can be modified.
Level 5 – crisis
Level 4 – full lockdown
Level 3 – easing of lockdown, further care into Care Homes and more Testing and Tracing
Level 2 – phased re-opening of shops and primary schools… possibly beginning of June
Level 1 – re-opening of hospitality industry, cinemas…
He advised that from Wednesday increase outside exercise, continue social distancing, with increasing fines.
There should be no air-travel, without quarantine restrictions…how is this to be enforced???
I fear too many people are already relaxing lockdown. Observe the figures and graphs, from Worldometer…..UK has levelled out but not gone down enough to be released from Lockdown….
