Mind over Matter
Keep upbeat and positive…if you can…research shows that positive thinkers are more likely to achieve their goals…’half full’, as opposed to half empty. It stands to reason, so might as well give it a go….
And mental well-being goes hand in hand with physical….cases in point:-
– a Stroke patient started taking short-term anti-depressants and found he was able to walk better, as his frame of mind was not bogged down with worries. He went from strength to strength…great result
– a recent Parkinson’s patient of mine had not walked for a long time and once he got mobilising he started to recount his life with fast cars…amazing….
So get your head right or visa versa….you might as well try….Good Luck Champions……
