Anyone with a new Fitbit (the latest very practical wrist accessory), which records your sleep pattern (clever stuff) will know that we are all different, so need different amounts of sleep, however one needs 4/5 sleep cycles per night (including the REM cycle, which is the mind-re-organising and boosting cycle).
Remember your cognitive status and state of alertness goes hand in hand with physical ability, especially with neurological conditions, where sleep for example affects health and wellbeing so much more.
So please get enough sleep…sleep tight zzzZZZZ
